All submissions must be received by the submission period closing date.

Personal information is protected by law under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998. However, the names of any individual acting in the capacity of a public official may have their name disclosed where relevant, unless specifically requesting for it to remain confidential.
Submissions received during public consultation may be made publicly available to ensure an open and transparent process. If you do not wish to have any identifying information released, please indicate this clearly in your submission. Any specific information that you do not wish to be made publicly available should be clearly marked 'In confidence', or not provided within your submission.
