Indexed charges for FY 2025-26
The Fire and Rescue NSW Regulation 2023 was amended on 1 February 2026 to incorporate new or revised charges by IPART. The following prescribed charges apply in Financial Year 2025-2026:

Note: The charges prescribed by Fire and Rescue NSW Regulation 2023 includes indexation to IPART's Review of Fire and Rescue NSW’s fees and charges Final Report March 2022 up until the regulation change, which commenced on 1 February 2026.
