The terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders (Orders) for goods and/or services (goods/services) placed by Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) to a contractor/supplier (Supplier) and are in addition to any terms and/or conditions specified in an individual order.

NSW Supplier Code of Conduct
FRNSW is committed to the NSW Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines the ethical standards and behaviours we expect from ourselves and our suppliers in the procurement of goods and services. The Supplier Code of Conduct outlines how NSW Government organisations will procure and conduct business with suppliers in a fair and transparent manner. It also outlines how NSW Government organisations expect suppliers and their supply chains to commit to the highest ethical standards, including acting in a safe manner, maintaining confidentiality, declaring conflicts of interest and not engaging in fraud and corruption.
The NSW Supplier Code of Conduct also includes stipulations around anti-slavery and ethical supply chains, and environmental sustainability.
